1. Can this product be shipped to my country?

We provide international shipping service, including the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and Singapore, etc., Due to transportation costs, orders will not be available in remote areas of some countries.

2. How much is the shipping cost at my orders from your online store?

Rail transportation is free of charge, but the requirement for rail transportation is that the weight of the goods exceeds 15kg. Air freight is automatically calculated based on the weight of the items in the shopping cart, and the freight is different in each country.

 1.How to return the item?

You can return an item for a full refund within 30 days of you receiving the products. After 30 days your item is not eligible for return.

All items must be returned in the original, unused condition and must include all original packaging.

Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

We will provide discounts or discount codes from time to time. You can always follow our sales page to get discount information, or you can email our customer service to get discount codes. For new users, we offer a 8% discount.


Rail transportation information


When the weight of the items in your shopping cart reaches 15kg, the option of rail transportation will automatically appear on the checkout page, and shipping will be free. It is suitable for customers who order 5 to 10 products at one time. Currently, only some European countries can use rail transportation. Check here which countries are applicable.


Replace the missing parts


After receiving the goods, first check whether the received small package is complete. There are usually numbers printed on the packets, and they are arranged in order. If a number is missing in the middle, it means a packet is missing. If the small bag is not missing, but you find that a part is missing during the building process, don’t panic, it may be in the small bag in a later step. If you have built the entire product and still do not find the missing parts, then please send an email to our customer service and we will help you replace the parts. In the email, you need to indicate your order number, product number, and pictures of the parts that need to be re-sent. The pictures are usually from the instruction manual.
