Ordering 8/10
Clear description and photo’s. Not shown on the pictures, but the set was provided incl. the stickers! Easy check out and clear what the total cost would be. The set was provided excluding the build instruction in pdf (I expected a link to be included with the set), which was swiftly provided after an e-mail. So quickly resolved, but a missed opportunity in my opinion, otherwise it would have been a 10.
Delivery 10/10
Ordered during the Chinese New Year, so I knew it could take a bit longer than usual. For my destination it was indicated to be 10 to 15 business days. Was in the end 14 calendar days (incl. 4 days because of Chinese New Year). So pretty fast.
Packaging 10/10
Very, very well packaged. Bagged, in a box, and the box again was wrapped in plastic. Ready to travel halfway around the world 😉
Building 9/10
Was fun to search the bricks and build the set. Instruction was (mostly) clear. Had to rebuild the wings a couple of times and had a couple of bricks where I myself had to find out that they were different from the instruction.
Set 9/10
Overall the set is great. On the set it isn’t noticed (unless you look very close) that some bricks aren’t the right color. Some = very few (less than 5). Still have to sticker the set.
Thank you for your comment, it is very pertinent and we agree with it.
